Cassava flour
Our cassava flour is an all-purpose flour characterized by its very fine grinding.
This allows it to be processed optimally without having to be mixed with other flours.
Whether sweet or savoury, for bread, pizza, cakes, spaetzle, pancakes, waffles or biscuits - finally bake like before - only healthier.

Fair & Sustainable
We work exclusively with independent small farmers in Peru who are paid directly by our local manufacturer for the sale of the cassava roots.
This allows farmers to negotiate the price themselves (direct trade) instead of being indirectly dependent on market prices (fair trade).

Renunciation of monocultures
By rotating the field planting, we avoid the typically heavy fertilizer and pesticide contamination of the soil and the cassava root.
Especially the lead content is controlled more closely here, which is otherwise often higher in cassava cultivation. In addition, useful plants are planted for the smallholders, which promotes the biodiversity of nature.
